Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
2 tsp Sugar (none or less depends on your taste)
3 tsp Hot water
350ml Milk
Equipment
Automatic milk frother or coffee machine with a milk frother
Matcha whisk or mini whisk
Method
Boil hot water and get the milk frother going
In a large mug, whisk together the matcha and sugar together.
Add the hot water and whisk until smooth
Pour hot milk in. (Or cold milk if you prefer iced matcha latte)
